My bills

The module My invoices provides an overview as well as various evaluation options of all Hypersoft invoices as of 01.01.2019. Here you can view and download your invoices, set the e-mail dispatch and check the current payment status. You can conveniently store your payment methods in the My payment methods section.

Calling the module

You can access the module in the portal under the menu item My invoices.

My invoices in the portal can be used in both the desktop and mobile versions.

In this area you will receive different types of invoices, depending on how we work together.

Individual invoices for different services...

If you do not work with Hypersoft via one of our strong specialised trade partners, you can receive individual invoices based on your orders.

Software maintenance contract...

With the purchase of licences you receive a software maintenance contract. At the beginning of each month you will receive the software maintenance invoice for the current month by direct debit (on request also by invoice).

SaaS and HaaS rental billing...

If you "rent" licences or hardware, the licences include the software maintenance and the hardware includes the ongoing warranty. At the beginning of each month you will receive the rental invoice for "SaaS" (Software as a Service) and "HaaS" (Hardware as a Service) for the current month by direct debit (on request also against invoice).

Campaign billing (Pay as you go (PAYG)...

Certain licences are billed only or in combination with Campaigns. You will receive this statement in the first few days of the month for the previous month. Wait a few days to ensure that as much usage data as possible has been transferred and billed. If your POS system does not have an Internet connection for several days, the missing days can be taken into account in the following billing.

Authorisations in the portal

All user profiles with the authorisation level Administrator and/or Finance Contact can view and manage the My Bills menu item in the portal.

Central users can view all invoices of the assigned locations.
