Portal Connector

The Hypersoft Portal Connector is the further development of the eSolutions interface. It enables performance-oriented and simplified communication for the provision of master data and the receipt of transaction data.

Hypersoft Connector for YourAPP item master

Every change in the item master of a location causes the item data to be made available for the next /TTAClosed The theoretical end of day (TTA) applies the calendar day change at a time specified by you (default setting 6:00 a.m.). The programme can automatically perform closures, updates and maintenance at this time. A new sales day then begins with the first POS booking of the day.. In this context, the item change report of the item master according to GoBD can also be used for the provision in the app, since the following TTA is logically related to the item change.

The changes will be announced to the portal promptly and before the TTA. The portal displays these pending changes and the status of the updates. It is also possible to request the data before the TTA at the push of a button in the YourAPP portal. This request will be executed as soon as possible and the status will be displayed in the YourAPP portal. The query interval between the central office, the location and the portal is a maximum of 15 minutes, so that data transmission begins within this period of time after a manual request.

Ad Hoc Update...

You can upload the item data if you wish. You see Ad Hoc Update from the Location.

Cashier mode for synchronisation

The cash register must be actively running in cashier mode if you want to synchronise the item data from the item master to the portal / server. The Connector uses algorithms of the POS system that, for example, ensure that when you set up a new cart, the data is not yet transferred to checkout mode (until you release the item master). The coupling of the Connector with the cash register ensures that the data of the cash register and the eSolutions are congruent (incl. deviations determined by them such as assortments).

Administrators and Installers

The connector is activated if a corresponding YourAPP license is available.

For processing, each location that is to report item data to the YourAPP must also be connected to the CloudBOX Live Connector. The /IISClosed Internet Information Service This is a Microsoft service platform for PCs and servers. They are used to make documents and files accessible on the network. must also be available at these locations and at the head office. The most important licences are included directly in the YourAPP licence.

The connector must be set up in the central client and at each participating location. Information on this is stored in the separate support documentation.
