Basic Knowledge 4: Components and Queries
Information on stock management and queries is made available here. These are type 2 queries. Type 1 can be used for simple queries.
In addition to the communication option to define queries via the component list, there are also several options to overwrite items directly when booking or to attach texts and faxes.
