Adjusting the revaluator

A vending machine is selected as such in the station settings. Afterwards you can manage and evaluate the bookings or sales of the vending machine like those of a cash station. Optionally, you can use all functions of inventory management with CONTROLLER Stock Management.

In interface with POS stations, you can use trading area clearing and web clearing to set up a network of points of sale and a central branch system.

For the simple transport of bookings from individual vending machines, a transport via the Hypersoft Cloud is provided.

This technical area is project work requiring planning and is only intended for specially trained specialist trade partners. The documentation is subject to prior technical knowledge and is not intended for standard Hypersoft Suite users.

Set data transport

The application HSCMwkTransfer.exe can be started by parameter to transport read and encrypted data from a WorldKey module. The data transfer is encrypted and secured with different methods, also to meet the GoBD requirements for vending machines. There are currently two methods available:

Transmission via USB stick

Here, the application searches for a USB stick on the PC so that it is automatically read when plugged in. The data found (Vending*.csv) from the \Vending folder is saved accordingly.

Transmission via WEBService

The transmitted data is transferred to the Hypersoft portal.

Both methods move the data to a subfolder \Vending\Log after successful transmission to Stick or WEB-Portal.

Extract from a sample batch file:

@ECHO OFF

audit32.exe COM=8 BAUD=19200 USECARD PATH=C:\HYPERS-!\DATA MAND=1 CODES=24-87-5

HSCMwkTransfer.exe

ECHO data is processed, recognized serial numbers have been loaded into the portal

The program audit32 can address a reader controlled by parameters and read data from cards/keys and store them in the PATH\Vending.

The HSCMwkTransfer.exe program reads the Vending.cfg file and then acts as follows, depending on the setup:

[VENDING]

HSKDNR=0

DataPath=\Hypers-!\Data\Vending

Files under the entry "DataPath" are read out and loaded into the portal on the basis of the entry HSKDNR. If the customer number 0 is stored, each file name found is checked and evaluated on the basis of the serial number it contains. The serial number is checked via the entry [SN_to_KD] and, if necessary, the serial number is entered. are loaded into the portal on the basis of the customer number stored there. Example: SN 12345 is transferred to customer number 40007 in the portal.

[SN_to_KD]

12345=40007

23456=20000

The portal clearing automatically collects all files stored in the portal and renames them there with a time stamp. The additional serial number stored in the data is checked across all stations of all clients and then processed if necessary. After transactioning, Portal Clearing stores the files in a subdirectory (Hypers-!\Data\Vending\log).

Manual intervention warning: This would reprocess a manual copy of the data into the vending folder.

Using Cashier Mode for Vending Data Transport

The card reader of a POS terminal can be used to read the data.

A program start for the Key Audit program in cashier mode is set up for this purpose.

Since the cashier mode usually claims the card reader for itself, the cashier function Stop card reader must be executed before reading in the data (and starting Key Audit). After reading in the data, press the cash register function Startcard reader so that the cashier mode can use it again.

Access to service and technology

Operators can be assigned step-by-step access authorisations to service and technology in the operator authorisations.
