Stock Management

The development of the Hypersoft Stock Management System CONTROLLER is based on our conviction that digital inventory management can only function practically if actual goods movements are worked with. To achieve this, two technologies work hand in hand for you: Automatic inventory management books all inventories accurately and comprehensibly, so that hardly any manual activities are necessary. The resulting theoretical inventory forms the basis for accurate and rapid controlsthat enable digital inventory automation.

With the CONTROLLER, we would therefore like to provide you with an efficient tool with which you can really solve this demanding task and at the same time grow a team of loyal employees.

The key functions of the program are:

  • Inventory management in any variants
  • order automation
  • Internal transfer postings and automatic scheduling
  • Control acquisition with numerous techniques and tools
  • Bidirectional communication with Hypersoft POS systems

The objectives are:

  • Overview of inventory data
  • Minimization of losses
  • Quality management through compliance with specifications
  • Securing and efficient use of the planned cost of sales

Additional benefit:

  • Loyal employees are strengthened
  • Sabotages are uncovered
  • A loyal team is formed in the sense of your business idea

The existing evaluations on the basis of cash postings for example provided by our Report Manager are basically very interesting, but presupposes that the postings correspond to the goods consumption. If you compare the theoretical stock calculated by the CONTROLLER with the actual stock, you will find that there is a really relevant difference between theory and practice! This has an impact on all reports and distorts the basis of the decisions you make for your business. What is the use of accurate calculations if their tolerances are first considered in the grid of annual business analyses and then the differences cannot be assigned to any area of responsibility and possibly also to any product area? This is exactly where the CONTROLLER comes in. It enables you to establish areas of responsibility together with your employees, so that you as a team share the responsibility for the use of goods.

The result is correct inventory information in real time, so that the CONTROLLER's automation based on it can place and order. Differences that arise can be assigned to places and actions more easily and help everyone to easily achieve their operational goals. Reliable inventory management rewards you several times over and, in addition to making your work noticeably easier, also provides a significantly improved overview through reliable figures and evaluations. Inventory management is also the safest method for in-depth financial controls (also GoBD/GDPdU).

Is it possible to use a consumption sequence procedure with the CONTROLLER?

Licensing of the controller

Basically, a controller basic licence and at least one sales outlet are always required; the basic licence contains the so-called main warehouse. Further points of sale then separate the stock in each case and thus also enable automated goods movements within the operation. Outlets should also be added for kitchens and sub-stores.
