Barcode Manager
The Barcode Manager creates lists or labels with your barcode items so that these barcodes can be used for checks or the sale of the items in cashier mode. Especially if you use your own barcodes, this is the way to create barcodes. The barcodes are stored in the item master for items and their packaging.
However, it is also possible to use certain labels directly from Printing Labels or the label and barcode printer.
Start the programme from the programme group Controller or directly from the Order Centre:

| Layout List and Layout Label |
The layout function... Hypersoft Suite enables you to make extensive arbitrary adjustments to most lists and evaluations with the program List & Label Layouter . This is started with the Layout button next to the Print button. The layouter should only be used by experienced users or after training. You can also instruct us with adjustments at any time. | Printing barcode stickers and labels |
Since there are barcodes for the items and their outer packaging, two different barcodes can be printed per item line. There are also two possibilities: the barcode stickers (here "Zweckform" DinA4 sheets are printed) and labels (here endless labels are printed with a Hypersoft label printer). To enter the desired quantity, select an item and simply enter the number of item barcodes on the keyboard. To enter the number of packaging barcodes, first press the comma key. Then select barcode sticker or label. If you want to print packaging barcodes, you must also change the layout by switching on Apply VP Barcode. Examples: 7 prints 7 item barcodes 0.2 prints 2 packaging barcodes 7.2 prints 7 item barcodes and 2 packaging barcodes, but you must print twice and apply VP barcode once. |
