Wallet control at the POS
When you start Wallet-Control at the POS, Wallet-Control uses the information from your POS and your current operator logon for the respective processing.
The functions available there apply to , both variants, cash drawer and operator exchange. With both cash register functions, Wallet-Control Operator and Wallet-Control Cash Drawer it is possible to enter the change and carry out the allocation. If necessary, you can set this wallet method through settings.
When calling up the respective programme, a change template can be selected from the change processing if it has been created in advance, or a free, temporary operator purse or drawer can be created by entering a number that has not already been predefined. It is possible to assign several cash drawers or exchanges in the course of a shift in order to skim if necessary or also to carry out intermediate checks. If purses already exist, the dialogue for editing or entering the selected purse or cash drawer opens.
The number can also be recorded using a barcode scanner, for which the number must be available as a QR code or barcode, preferably in the cash drawer or operator wallet.
The following is a step-by-step explanation of how to use operator exchange(n) and cash drawer(n) at the POS (cash register).
