Price control with locations
Sales prices are copied to all store clients when changes are made if the prices were identical before the change. If a store already had a manually changed price, it is no longer synchronized. You can restore synchronization by manually entering the same price as for the master client. In simple terms, a price is only synchronized if it has not been manually overwritten with another value. You can also activate the processing of sales prices for all or individual stores independently.
Tip for more advanced pricing models with multiple locations: In the MyHypersoft portal you will find the Price Groups and Price Maintenance programme, with which you can edit and maintain the sales prices for large branch systems very conveniently. We recommend that you use this program for this purpose: Price groups and price maintenance
Price levels for branches
If you are working with a central client, only create the price levels in client number 1 (the central client). If you work in a central client and want to create price levels yourself in a client other than the central client, the program automatically switches to client number 1.
