Ticketing Onboarding
As a basis for the eSolution tickets, an established webshop system is required. This is described in the chapter The perfect start - onboarding.
Ticket security
The ticket numbers are unique per brand owner or head office. However, this also means that individual tickets could possibly (statistically very unlikely) be processed on another hypersoft system. However, if you design your tickets in some other way besides the code, at least a mix-up can be ruled out. As a rule, unique numbers within your brand and a comprehensible design language are sufficient for clear recognition.
For increased security needs on this topic, please contact Hypersoft.
Settings for ticketing in the shop
In the settings of the webshop, you can define whether a ticket layout per location or the central ticket layout is to be used:
Mail settings for eSolution Ticketing...
In the webshop email settings, the texts for the email dispatch of tickets can be defined.
Please pay attention to the placeholders in the {}, which are automatically filled in by the system and must not be deleted, otherwise the ticket dispatch cannot be ensured.
Technically, you can also use all payment methods of eSolutions Payments for tickets.
Legally, there can be major differences in the sale of tickets compared to standard services. Be sure to check at Restrictions and specifications of the Adyen Paymentwhether your services meet the requirements and ask for confirmation from the payment provider to be sure. If you use Hypersoft Pay powered by Adyen, please contact Hypersoft directly.
Multiple selection for tickets
In the ticket shop, it can be set up so that users are asked if they would like to stay in the area in order to select further tickets when they have placed a ticket in the shopping basket. By default, this option is activated, because if the option is deactivated, the user is taken back to the product group overview and would have to navigate to the respective item again for further tickets of the same type.
The query appears after a user has placed a ticket in the shopping cart. If he selects More tickets, he remains in the same ticket item and can again make the desired queries and also place the new ticket in the shopping cart. If the user selects Add to cart, he or she is taken directly to the shopping cart and can start the payment process.

Settings on the POS system
Activation....
The activation in the portal is carried out by Hypersoft. The portal clearing checks at system start-up and regularly every 15 minutes whether an activation has taken place and informs the location. This is how the eSolution tickets get their prefix (the prefix of web tickets is preset to the value "4995" in the current version).
Entry System at the POS...
With the activation, the Entry System and also the ticket sales (ticket printer) are set up on the eSolution tickets.
A one-time restart of the system is necessary at this point, after which the functions are available.
From then on, every ticket will be scanned to check whether it is a eSolution ticket or a location ticket. The check or validity of the ticket is checked for web tickets in the portal and for tickets in the local database of the location. Access is also stored in the portal or at the location, depending on the ticket type. In the event of incorrect validity (access on the wrong day), access is prohibited on the first scan of the ticket and a note is issued indicating the wrong day (incorrect validity day). If the same ticket is then scanned again, access is granted, but also with a message (access on the wrong day).
In the event of an Internet failure (OFFLINE), access is temporarily stored locally and displayed on the entry system with the note Offline. The portal clearing checks at the start and then again every 15 minutes whether offline access has taken place and subsequently reports this to the database in the portal.
In this case, the ticket can therefore only be validated with the subsequent message. An offline ticket in this constellation is a security risk if you work with several acceptance points. The remedy is a solution under Internet connection of the Hypersoft system...
With the activation of eSolution tickets in the portal, it is also possible to carry out ticket sales at the POS. A new radio button Create Web Ticket is available for this purpose. To activate this switch, the barcode type must be set to Code 128. The generation of a unique ticket number is then checked per layout using the radio button, generated if necessary for the sale of a ticket in the portal and printed on the respective medium (Boca or Windows printer).
Emergency operation without internet...
The sale of eSolution tickets at the POS without an Internet connection is not possible. If you sell tickets at the POS without an Internet connection, simple location tickets are generated. A web ticket is not created subsequently and this data is not uploaded subsequently. These tickets are then only valid at this location and can only be accessed there.
