Sell tickets
The simple sale of tickets takes place by simply booking the desired items.
Personalized tickets
If tickets are sold that require personalization, the customer search starts automatically to select a customer (or to create a new one).
If further tickets are sold after the customer has been selected, only the contact persons of this customer and the customer himself are displayed, since personalized tickets cannot have different customers within a process (but all members of a customer can). It can then no longer be searched.
To check the validity of a ticket without invalidating it, you can use the Check ticket button. The ticket information (validity and accesses) is displayed.
With the OK hook in the top right corner, it is possible to open a process directly from the check with the selected customer (to book tickets).
Book admission immediately when tickets are sold
If there is no control of the tickets sold and if, for example, access control is also performed during the sale, you can set the Hypersoft system to this situation in the General Global Station Settings. Tickets sold in this way are booked immediately as "admission granted".
