Global System Settings Wallet Control

From the System tab, select the System Settings programme group and start Stations. The Wallet Control tab is located in the lower area.

Please note that the settings of a master client of a control centre apply to all locations as described under Global ward settings for Wallet Control.

Settings are made here that apply to all wards and belong to the section Wallet-Control.

Details on the Important System Switches section:

Element / Switch	Function / Description
Purses per operator / wards	Activate this option if you want to use one or more purses per operator or station (POS). By default, you work with one purse per ward or operator. With multiple you get the possibility to integrate several purses into one capture, whereby an additional query appears with each capture.
Recording without denomination	Activate this option if you want to activate recording without denomination. For easy recording of the amounts in Wallet-Control, the denomination can be switched off so that only totals are recorded instead of single sorts.
Maximum counting difference	The maximum count difference gives you the option to use a global default from which amount a deviation should be displayed and the option to correct should be offered.
Number of vouchers	Select 0 for no printout or e.g. 1 or 2 for the corresponding number of printouts to be printed when closing the purse, cash drawer.
Aggregate bill money across systems	See the topic Aggregate bill money across systems.
Prevent saving of wallets with open status	The opened exchange must always be settled with this option even if Wallet-Control was started from the MCP. Further documentation: Preventing open wallets from being stored
