DS PickUp Monitor from the user's point of view
In addition to the possibility of using the order tracker, attention was also paid to the design of the PickUp Monitor so that its viewing is communicatively clear and entertaining. Therefore, use all possibilities to present your brand in a positive way as described under Configure DS PickUp Monitor.
The customer is signalled his order in preparation. The Hypersoft system allows you to process order numbers or, as in this case, terms (cities, superheroes, etc.).
The order is ready for collection. Order number / term is moved to the Ready for collection column, colour-coded and animated. In the right-hand area, additional attention is generated for the pick-up readiness through animations and video and image. Optionally, a notification sound can be played.
The full-screen insertion of advertising videos is optionally possible and new pick-up information is even displayed during the advertising time:
