Superhero function
With the daily transaction number and name list (we also call this superhero function(because one of our customers uses superhero names) you can give your customers collection numbers or names on receipts. These could be called out or, with a view to further development, also displayed on pick-up monitors.
For this purpose, you can specify in the ward administration daily restarting numbering (so that third parties cannot simply count your number of customers) and name lists, which are then printed as the same number on order receipts, individual receipts and forms of a transaction. This enables you, for example, to hand over a payment receipt to a guest and assign missing orders later. Instead of number circles, lists of names such as city names, street names or animal names are also popular. A total of 10 number ranges and one name range are available to you.
Activate this function by entering the start value of the day operation number in the ward management. You can start daily with a freely selectable number (for example, because you don't want it to be possible to draw conclusions about the number of customers). The number is automatically used as the start value after each TTA and is automatically printed on every order slip and every form.
With the option Do not reset, the numbering is continued beyond the daily closing. This is suitable, for example, for pick-up slips that are to be valid for a longer period of time.
You can also use the option buttons to print the numbers as barcodes. Reading the barcode enables the display on external systems such as display boards.

Use name list for the webshop
There is a separate name list for use with the webshop. Their use is described in the section Webshop name list instead of daily transaction numbers.
Daily activity number also as barcode
The daily operation number can also be printed as a barcode. This means that subsequent systems (for example, for deliveries) can transfer the receipt number securely.
List of names (superheroes and other ideas)
You can use the Use name list function to define certain terms, which can then be printed on the receipt (and forms). This gives you the playful opportunity to make the pick-up process more interesting for your customers or to make a reference to your assortment. After the last term in the list, the next receipt starts with the first term again (rolling). You can save up to 500 entries in the list.
station settings
You can select a number range for each care unit and assign the same number ranges to several care units. If you want to switch off the number range system at a care unit, select an entry for which no start number has been defined.
The ward management function allows you to use several wardrobe number ranges if you work with several wardrobes. The day number is also supported in the layout of the high-quality ticket printer. You can also print the day number on the receipt (see above).
