ePOS ROSI
With the ePOS ROSI solution, you can enhance your Hypersoft system with powerful features for integration with the ROSI partner system.
The licence covers the provision and operation of the ROSI functions, including seamless technical integration (interface) with the Hypersoft system.
Hypersoft is responsible for the full provision of the interface and for billing the customer for the relevant services.
Important note regarding the contractual relationship:
Use of the ROSI solution is governed by a separate contractual relationship between the customer and ROSI GmbH. This contract is concluded and governed separately.
Hypersoft is not a party to this user agreement and accepts no responsibility for the services, content or availability provided by ROSI GmbH.
What is ROSI?
ROSI (Restaurant Operating System Intelligence) is an AI-supported system designed to assist with restaurant operations.
It combines intelligent assistance functions, such as an automated telephone assistant, with data- and AI-based optimisation tools to control, simplify and streamline operational processes.
Supported functions
ROSI connects to the Hypersoft database and can then exchange reservation data and customer master data via an interface.
The exchange of product and booking data is currently in the development phase.
workflow
You will need the "ePOS Integration – ROSI" licence, as well as a licence for the customer database.
You can now activate the interface in the 'Interfaces' section of the Hypersoft Portal.
ROSI is now receiving data from Hypersoft!
Connection of the ROSI system
To ensure that booking data is processed correctly, you must set up the Booking Communicator; see: eBooking Communicator
The booking workflow is then as described here: eBookings in cashier mode
In the graphical table overview, also select: Display reservations
ROSI sends emails to customers; please liaise with ROSI accordingly, as otherwise emails will be sent by Hypersoft by default.
