The cashless area

If you want to give your customers the opportunity to receive goods with a kind of your own credit card and without personal registration, you can use a cashless area. This method is also called a closed loop system, as it is a closed payment circuit:

When entering the cashless area, each customer receives from you a so-called transaction card with a credit limit, the use of which is settled simply and quickly when leaving and returning the card. Since the cards issued do not require any other security feature for payment, you must limit the credit limit to a value that allows you to make normal sales and allows the customer to settle the credit limit in case of loss. All other types of use will otherwise lead to interference. (As an aside, most lost cards are found by guests in an "unexpected other bag" after the visit).

Hypersoft can optionally and via special techniques also check in regular customers into the closed loop system without you having to fear fraud. It is equally safe to adjust the credit amount for selected customers, as well as apply minimum consumption, discounts and invitation credits.

For further security, you can automatically take a webcam photo when the card is issued and display it when the card is further used to authenticate the owner at checkout and mobile devices.

Hypersoft has contributed significantly to the development of cashless POS systems, for example, as early as 1999 we supplied the technically leading card system in the Wild Wadi Park of the Arabian Tower in Dubai (www.burj-al-arab.com) and in 2002 we were instrumental in developing the then unique Vapiano POS system (www.vapiano.de) based on our standards.
