Set up vote and win interface

vote and win was one of our first eSolutions products that is no longer in use. However, one option of it is still used, which allows you to print a URL as a QR code on forms (invoices). This documentation is therefore limited to the support of exactly this function.

The header text is printed using the code and the footer text is printed below it. The code itself is about 8 digits short and consists of letters and numbers. The QR code can also be printed; if this is read with a smartphone, for example, the customer is taken directly to the website. The QR contains the following structure:

http://www.voteandwin.eu/KundenNummer/Feedback.aspx?ModulID=2001&FeedbackID=Boncode

Without QR Code...

Without a QR code, the customer can access the website using a text that you define in the header text or footer text of the form as described above. The additionally issued code then refers exactly to the transaction (the invoice) so that the items can be displayed on the website for evaluation.

Participating stations...

On the Stations tab, you can select which of your POS terminals are to participate:

Central use

If you want to make the settings in the centre , activate this at the location in the web clearing. The data of the client 1 from the head office is then used, so that your locations are maintained centrally in one client. For location deviations, do not activate the setting for the locations concerned and then maintain the data in the location in each case.

You can also activate the settings in the centre. To do this, use the setting in the Central Web Clearing Module, see: Central location settings of the web clearing
