Amount window for cashless payments
Clou Mobile for Orderman responds to Hypersoft amount windows and issues . a message if necessary and prevents completion by card payment. Please see Best practice minimum amount for cashless payment.
If the amount falls below the minimum, Card payment only possible from x euros. Only if a maximum amount has been stored, the following message is displayed when the maximum amount is exceeded Card payment only possible up to x euros. The text of the currency Euro is determined via the currency table of the main entry.
New Balance
If you want to complete a transaction so that you can post to it again later, use the New balance function, which must be programmed in the keyboard area.
When New balance is pressed, the transaction is closed and the corresponding information is displayed:
Completion with opening of a new operation
To complete a transaction with a new balance and open a new transaction at the same time, you can execute the function Flying table change. While you are in the open transaction, press the cash register function table number (in the keyboard area). The numeric keypad appears for entering a new table number. Once you have confirmed a new table number with OK, the CLOU-Mobile completes the transaction with the New Balance and Bonorder functions. Make sure that you always end the numeric keypad with this technique, otherwise the transaction is still open in the background and is not processed.
Completion with payment of the transaction
To complete a transaction, you can use the payment types
Payment categories control the behavior of the system. Payment types are cash payment, credit card payment, "on room" or customer account. Cash, Credit, Check, Customer account and To room. Create an appropriate close macro in the keyboard area, as described in the CLOU documentation.
You can also use the cash register function Payment method: Query. You will then receive a list of the available payment types Payment categories control the behavior of the system. We recommend that you create frequently used end keys at the bottom right or left as double keys. This allows the operator to simply touch the lower corner without having to look closely.
Forms for the conclusion of a contract
Yes, after which forms you place on the end buttons, they will be printed. The CLOU MOBILE for Orderman is congruent to the CLOU POS system in this respect. If belt printers are to be used, they are assigned to the forms and devices (CLOU MOBILE for Orderman).
If you use the cash register function Form query, a list of the available forms for selection is displayed. This is then more flexible when completing the transaction. The CLOU MOBILE for Orderman automatically adds a No Form entry to the selection so that a transaction can be completed without creating a printout.

Transaction completion with options
Depending on the settings of the operator authorisations, the operator can be prompted to enter the number of customers at the end of a transaction.
A setting in the form can cause the operator to enter the name of the guest above a certain amount.
There is also the option to ask the guest to enter the signature when completing a transaction.
