Orderman transaction completion with signature
You can request a signature on the DON/MAX touch screen to complete an operation.
To do this, you must set up a payment type with the Signature option in the currency table. When a transaction is completed with a close button that contains this payment type, a signature field appears.
The signature is printed at the end of a form that is used after the payment type on the close key. The printer must be suitable for printing the graphic logo (not a dot matrix printer).
You can use the master operation overview to display the signatures for the operations in the operation details.

Enter signature
When completing a transaction with a payment method that requires a signature, you will receive this view:
If you press NO, the completion of the operation is aborted.
If you press YES, the prompt for entering the signature appears:
Q cancels the input. Press OK to finish and save the correct entry. Clear deletes the input and Size toggles between a small and a large input field.
The CLOU-Mobile checks whether information is written on the touch screen - whether this is a correct signature is not checked by the system.
