Edit Time Recording

The program provides you with an overview of the current time recording data and thus also of the current status of the employees in the company. If you have forgotten to log in or log out, you can do so here for the employees.

 

From the Staff Organizer programme group, select the Edit Time Recording programme:

Element / Switch Function / Description
Update Press Update to display new employees or other data generated during the current program session.
Delete entry

If you have selected an entry in the list, you can delete it here.

Close month

Allows you to complete a month to protect captured data.

With this you switch to the programme commission overview.

interrupt compensation

With interruption clearing, it is possible to valuate the interruption or automatically record it as paid time for time recording at different points of sale (with trading area clearing).

Example: If there are two days with one interruption each, 12.12.2018 between 10:30 and 14:10 and on 27.12.2018 between 11:48 and 15:21, then these two interruptions will be compensated with the button Interrupt, by adding additional stamp data (between <- and ->):

employee list

Here you can select an employee. Employees with (*) at the end of their name have already been deleted.

In the search field above you can use a full text search.

Just "type employee." Hides templates and the like.
Incl. deleted employee You can also display employees who have been "deleted" from the employee master record.
Calendar

Select a day or month for which the time recording data is displayed in the recording list.

acquisition list

The recording list displays all recorded time data.

If the column to contains ---, the employee has not yet logged off. The line is also highlighted in light red.

If you select a row, all pauses and detailed information are displayed at the bottom of the Details area.

details

The first line of the detailed information always contains the working time, followed by breaks or work interruptions. A work interruption occurs when you log off on one day and log on again later - on the same day. In such cases, the system creates a pause or interruption and continues the time recording. If you select a row, you can edit the data on the right.

Editing working times

If you select a name from the employee list, the New working time button is released. Press this button to enter a new working time for the employee. You can write the date and time in the lines from and to. You can use a calendar to the right at the end of the line.

You create a time recording record with the Save changes button.

With New breakor you can enter a new break for a time recording record selected in the recording list.

If the Save changes button is deactivated while the time recording record is being entered, a time recording record already exists for the selected day or the working time is longer than 24 hours.

Leave End Time Open

With the button Leaveend time open , you can create a new dataset for which the end time will be entered later. This is useful, for example, if an employee has forgotten to log in and it is not yet clear how long he will work.

In addition to the times, you can edit the usage site and the activity.

Time recording with the TTA

When recording / changing working times, the TTA is checked during entry and the calculated posting date is displayed.

If the start of work is after 00:00 and before the TTA, the posting time is highlighted in yellow. You can select which day to use.

In this example, the booking would be mathematically assigned to Wednesday, but Thursday is also available.

If there is no choice, the selection is deactivated.
