Time recording

Time recording can take place directly in cashier mode or at the MCP. At the POS, all technical variants that are also used to check in operators at the POS System can be used. Alternatively, a fingerprint reader can be used for biometric recording. In the back office area, at the MCP, you can use a fingerprint scanner for time recording.

As an external time recording device, a device with three buttons consisting of small screens (three-button display) can be used together with the Fingerprint Reader.

The recorded working times can be edited and changed in the Edit Time Recording program. The information can be exported from here from the DATEV interface. The information can be exported as an Excel file or output as a report in Report Manager.

Requirements

To be able to evaluate time recording, the wage types must be recorded correctly in the wage type configurator. See for this Wage type configurator

Optional biometrics

Biometric time recording relieves you of the need to issue electronically usable log-in media and also provides a security feature for you. In the section Fingerprint Reader for employee recognition you can learn more about the biometric extension for time recording.
