Noteworthy information on firings
You have the choice of which type of degree is best for you. Manual daily closing at the end of a day or a shift by a senior employee is common.
However, the closing can be partially or fully automated. Due to the many different operating modes, Hypersoft also provides different types of automation that can be combined.
Further documentation: The manual final report
The report automation starts the daily closing at a certain point in time, which is otherwise created manually with the function 99 Report as Front Office Report. In the report settings, you specify which reports are to be printed with the financial report.

The Automate completion program allows you to set what should happen to tasks that are still open at completion. This applies to both manual and automated closing.
If you automate day-end closing, ask yourself whether you want to close automatically even if tasks are still open. A mere instruction to the employees not to leave any processes open will not suffice and thus at some point prevent the closing. In order to prevent this from happening, you hereby determine what should happen to the still open processes.
Of course, you can also allow open-ended transactions if this suits your operating mode. These transactions are then retained for the coming billing period. However, this setting applies equally to manual and automatic day-end closings.

Automatic closure...
For 24 hour operation or other reasons, the termination automatic can be used. The automatic closing function only marks a change of day and does not execute a final report. Open operations are not taken into account.
Using the Close Automation cannot be combined with Close Automation and Report Automation.

End of day error handling
If you cancel a daily closing immediately after the printout (e.g. power failure), all turnovers including the incomplete closing are output as a precaution in the following daily closing. In order to clarify this, the included closing number (Lfd. Nr.) is also listed.
Portal clearing checks once at the start of a new TTA whether booking data is available or whether there are open transactions. If neither is the case, each cash register is checked to see if it is still on the old opening day. If this is the case, the opening day is reset so that a new opening day can be booked with the next (first) booking.
