MixMatch general

The programme is to be revised. It has essentially been developed for customer base 1. The bonus points mentioned here refer to the legacy bonus system and not to the current one.

The MixMatch program allows you to automate bookings depending on events (other bookings and visits) or to change existing bookings. You can also use the MixMatch program to calculate and manage bonus points.

  • Create credit in bonus points for your customers (customer base 1 and legacy bonus points only).
  • Automatically book free items depending on which other items are booked.
  • Solve almost any tricky case at the point of sale with Hypersoft support:
    • Recognition of menus
    • sales promotions
    • Share items
    • other...

The integrated wizard helps you to create standard scripts which we call a MixMatch Match. You can also order matches from Hypersoft or your reseller.

The possibilities that MixMatch offers outside the wizard are much higher. However, creating a script requires technical knowledge that cannot be expected from users. However, we did not want to forego these possibilities at the expense of functionality. So if you want to use functions outside the wizard, you can order the setup of the system as a service from us - against a quote.

  • Free fields 2-5 (customer information)

The use of MixMatch must be activated at the POS stations.MixMatch conditions are not client and profit center specific, but apply to the entire system. However, they are not compared via web clearing between the head office and the branch.

Bookings from the dispensing system are also processed by MixMatch. However, this only happens after the process has been opened by the operator.
