KassenSichV Export according to DSFinV-KS
Application regulation of the DSFinV-K (Federal Office of Finance)
DSFinV-K version 2.3 is mandatory for all recordings made from 1 July 2022. It was also possible to use this version before this date.
The current version 2.4, valid from 1 January 2024, contains only editorial adjustments and changes due to the new version of the application decree on Section 146a AO. As there are no changes to the content of version 2.3, the use of DSFinV-K version 2.3 is still sufficient - a technical adjustment to version 2.4 is not necessary.

Note on compatibility...
As of Hotfix 8 for Service Pack 14, there is also compatibility with Amadeus Verify. For detailed information, please refer to the current HS-SSP document in the download area of your Hypersoft portal.
Export and archiving of cash register data and TSE data...
The legally prescribed export of booking data is carried out by all POS system manufacturers according to a standardised procedure - this also applies to Hypersoft.
In addition, the technical security system (TSE) generates TAR files on a daily basis, which must be archived for the long term (usually 10 to 11 years). In the event of an audit, the exported cash register data and the TAR files are compared directly with each other in order to detect possible irregularities.
Both exports - cash register data and TAR files - are carried out with the same export programme. This data is also relevant in the event of cash register crashes or cash register inspections and must be accessible to you at all times.
Archiving options...
The data will remain in the TSE for a transitional period. Hypersoft offers you an archive programme and expressly recommends its use. Details can be found at: TSE Online Archive

You execute the export in the program Journal and Export. Like all exports, this one can also be automated if required
