4. IP and Port List

The Hypersoft programs and third-party programs used by us access the Internet or use the Internet to receive and send data. Due to updates and further developments this information may change. Usually we inform about it in the news in the administrators area of the respective update. In general, you must pay attention to updates in this area, especially if you notice technical effects that are specific to the necessary settings mentioned here.

Some examples...

  1. Our systems sporadically check for new weather data and optionally distribute them to our customers. This is a free service for you and Hypersoft bears the costs towards the data suppliers.
  2. Our system uses Hypersoft's own update service to check whether new program versions or so-called hotfixes are available and need to be distributed.
  3. Hypersoft optionally transmits messages that you can send to Hypersoft in the MCP.
  4. Hypersoft checks whether you as a customer would like to receive automatic reports by e-mail and sends them via a Hypersoft SMTP server.
  5. Our system transmits responses from Hypersoft's own UHD (UserHelpDesk) to your MCP to determine the current status of requests.

This communication takes place exclusively with our Hypersoft portal server MyHypersoft.de. The access and the releases must be guaranteed, so that the programs function correctly. Here is a list:

1.4 Port authorisations for the CloudBOX

The location communicates with the Hypersoft Cloud Box via the Order Connector

  • This is an HTTPS connection and therefore port 443, the URL is different for each customer (as each customer has their own CloudBOX)

2. card payment and special approvals

Information on payment transactioning is exchanged.

Detailed information can be obtained from the respective manufacturer / computer centre.

Of course, our standards mentioned here cannot take all variations into account. If, for example, you work with very strongly secured firewalls, additional releases and settings may be necessary.

Hypersoft Pay powered by Adyen Approvals...

Standard for Hypersoft:

  • Port 8443 and 8888

Adyen domains for the firewall whitelist:

  • *.adyen.com

  • *.adyenpayments.com

Alternatively, if you do not want to work with *.adyen.com & *.adyempayments.com shares, you can enter the corresponding domains (FQDN):

Adyen ports to be opened:

  • tcp/443 to the internet

  • tcp/8443 on your LAN

  • A ping from the server to the terminal and from the terminal to the server must be guaranteed.

General elPAY Domain releases

Special ports in Switzerland

Wallee...

wallee requires the release of port 50000.

Switzerland Innocard or PayOne...

3rd PayPal

These authorisations relate to the use of a pure PayPal app and are not required if PayPal is used in eSolutions under Hypersoft Pay powered by Adyen, for example. Information on payment transactioning is exchanged. Detailed information can be obtained from PayPal.

4.determination of the location coordinates

Weather data settings and other services.

5 Actian ZEN SQL

The database (Actian up to V13) uses the TCP/IP port 1583 and the NetBIOS port 66.

In the firewall the w3dbsmgr.exe is currently excluded as a so-called "incoming rule" for a workgroup.

With a server database, the following must be considered in the "Incoming Rule".

  • ntdbsmgr64.exe (Database 64Bit Engine)
  • w64sqlmgr.exe (Relational part of the 64-bit database engine)
  • ntbtrv64.exe (transactional part of the database 64-bit engine)
  • elspv.pervasive.com (database online licensing)
  • bkpelspv.pervasive.com (database online licensing)

Thus the database is excluded from firewall rules and can be operated without problems.
