Utilisation and billing of eSolutions and POS systems
Hypersoft offers you the use of eSolutions and POS systems for various applications. Certain services and benefits are preferably billed based on usage or activity (pay-as-you-go). This is done by counting the activities of a programme, such as digitally created invoices with the NoCOO - Digital Billing programme. Billing is determined by the so-called Campaign-Devisor: With NoCOO, this is 166 by default.
Example: 498 digitally created NoCOO invoices divided by 166 = 3 campaigns (1 campaign = €1).
Alternative price models are available for more intensive use, such as suitable NoCOO campaigns for your consumption.
Success commission for special products...
For products where money is moved, a success commission(cheque) is also charged, which is based on a percentage of the turnover. For example, a success commission of €3 is charged for the sale of vouchers worth €1000. Hypersoft supports you by automatically coordinating cross-location billing. Packages and "flat rates" for activities and campaigns...
If you are unsure whether a package or flat rate is worthwhile for you, wait until shortly before the end of the month and check your current campaigns in the MyHypersoft portal. If a package or flat rate is more advantageous for you, you can inform your vendor or our support so that it can be applied retroactively for the entire current month. Settlement usually takes place between the 3rd month and the end of the year. and 5. day of the following month.
Analyses and automatic billing of campaigns...
Analyses and automatic billing of campaigns: In the Report Manager, you can view the details of the activities and campaigns in the m Activity Report. However, billing in the My Campaigns section of the MyHypersoft portal is so clearly organised that no questions usually arise. You can enter the payment method for billing your campaigns in the My payment methods section. You can also find up-to-date information on your campaigns in the Hypersoft portal.

Customer comparison=For reservations or orders, customer data can be transferred from 3rd party systems. This is usually done without an interface. Hypersoft is working on matching the customer data with the customer database. A TAE is then settled for each comparison that has taken place.
*1 = the first 600 guest reservations are included in the monthly SaaS. The TAE billing starts from 601.
*2 = Some programmes have more than one licence model. This allows you to choose the best price for you from several models.
*3 = The licence comes with free activities, usually such a licence has a monthly price as SaaS. Example: The reservation brings 1000 free reservations (tables, regardless of the number of guests). Above 1000, one campaign is charged for every 10 reservations or part thereof.

MyHypersoft Portal and Cloud Services...
The term Hypersoft Cloud stands for services provided by Hypersoft, most of which work for you on Hypersoft servers. The information, results and features are available in the Hypersoft Suite and the MyHypersoft.com portal. For example, you do not need to install a mail program in a store to mail orders to your suppliers.
Specific features referenced by the documentation to the Hypersoft Cloud may be changed or removed by Hypersoft after a trial period. The costs for most functions are covered by the software maintenance contract, we offer special extensions accordingly. To use the Hypersoft Cloud, a permanent Internet interface (flat rate recommended) and an active software maintenance contract are required. Your MCP uses an Internet interface with normally low load (little traffic). However, depending on the contract you have with your internet provider, this can cause additional costs due to the traffic, which also depends on how you use the services.

The term Hypersoft Cloud stands for the services that Hypersoft makes available to you and that run for the most part on Hypersoft's servers. The information, results and functions are available on Hypersoft Portal. For example, you do not need to install a mail programme in a branch to send orders to your supplier by e-mail. Costs for most functions are covered by the software maintenance contract; we offer special extensions accordingly. A permanent internet connection (flat rate recommended) and an active software maintenance contract are therefore required to use the Hypersoft Cloud. However, depending on the contract you have concluded with your Internet provider, additional costs may be incurred due to traffic, which also depends on how you use the services.

*Free of charge= Free services are only available with an active software maintenance contract. The "Free" status can be changed by Hypersoft to "Chargeable" under certain circumstances. This may become necessary, for example, if the underlying services and their costs change fundamentally or the utilisation requires other investments. The user/customer shall be notified of such changes before the costs are charged, so that the user/customer has the option of no longer using any Hypersoft Cloud services that may become subject to a charge.
