Locations and headquarters:
One licence Hypersoft UX/Customer Base /Starter, Package, Flat is required per location and, if a head office is used, also in the head office.

* = The Campaign Devisor (CD) is 10. In this case, a campaign is calculated with the first new customer and then every ten. Example: 235 new customers = 24 campaigns.
Please note that the customer base, especially in the portal, also provides functions without licenses. This does not exempt you from purchasing licences.
Use without customer base licence...
With each Hypersoft Suite, components of the customer base are installed that allow you to use basic functions without purchasing additional licences.
Conditions for free use...
You can post to customer numbers at the cash register without a customer master licence. However, you cannot enter addresses for these transactions, but only select them via numbers at the cash register in order to post to them. You can also use the PMS hotel connection without a customer master licence, as the customer master in the PMS is used here.
Further functions such as customer-specific price levels and display of special customer information are then available to you with the Hypersoft UX/Customer Master /Starter, Package, Flat licence.

Customer base at the head office
Use Accounting to manage payments from your customers. Transactions can be transferred from the entire POS system through a special payment type to Accounting in the MyHypersoft portal. You use invoicing for payment orders with open item management. Invoice amounts can also be collected by SEPA mandate, invoices can also be automatically emailed to your customers.
Accounting is an extension for the customer base and always requires a licence Hypersoft UX/Customer Base /Starter, Package, Flat.

This license gives you access to the card management, the cashless area and all functions with bonus points. The MOBILE PEOPLE Cashless Options License requires a MOBILE PEOPLE Basic/Customer Base License and is also only required once for all cash registers of a client. Take advantage of the many options for creating your own payment systems, whether prepaid or by creating a cashless area; the desired functions are available to you for all requirements.

Cashless Top-Up Terminal...
You can use a terminal with which customers can top up prepaid cards themselves without cash.

MOBILE PEOPLE Catering Licenses
The extension to catering enables persons (employees) to subsidize certain items. The basis for this is a German regulation on benefits in kind, monetary advantage and subsidies, on which you please coordinate with your payroll office. Hypersoft offers the functions for correct billing with this license, so that, for example, only certain items per employee and day are subsidized once.
