Budget planning licences
Budget planning is available as part of the Backoffice Suite. Where the backoffice license is used, budget planning can also be used.
The optional budget detail planning can also be used with a Backoffice Suite license. If the detailed budget planning is to be used in a store, for example, the Backoffice Suite must also be licensed there.

Generally, as a customer you receive a so-called Master Control Panel (MCP) with each POS licence, which you can only use directly on a Hypersoft POS terminal with an existing Hypersoft UX Quick-Service or Full-Service licence. Each additional workstation at the site or workstations in central offices requires an MCP workstation licence, which also includes CloudEngine (SQL licence for this workstation).

Live Report can basically be used with any POS system licence and you can retrieve historical data. You can evaluate data up to three years into the past (from first use). The evaluations are limited to monthly periods. With a Backoffice Suite licence, you can carry out the retrieval of periods longer than one month, e.g. annually.

The Live Report is a free service to any Hypersoft POS system. If you have the Backoffice Suite licence, the possibilities of the live report are extended by year-on-year comparisons. In addition, the programme selects the best start screen depending on the end device and the number of your locations:

The Performance Monitor requires the ENTERPRISE REPORT license as basis and additionally the license Performance Monitor. PC with Windows and Internet connection are necessary. The Performance Monitor license is intended for one Performance Monitor within a company.

A TSE Online Archive licence is required to use the TSE Online Archive. Billing then takes place per TSE. The possibility of bundling several cash registers with Hypersoft also saves you money here. The archive costs 2,-€ per TSE and month.
