NoCOO Digital Billing Licences
NoCOO is a usage-based SaaS billing system. You can access the NoCOO area of the portal without licences. There you can add or remove NoCOO licences per location under www.myhypersoft.de / My Organisation / No COO / System Groups. A corresponding message appears to avoid misunderstandings. In the event of activation or deactivation, the licence will automatically be taken into account in the My Campaigns area during the next billing.
Please note that the POS system will not apply these settings until the next /TTA
The theoretical end of day (TTA) applies the calendar day change at a time specified by you (default setting 6:00 a.m.). The programme can automatically perform closures, updates and maintenance at this time. A new sales day then begins with the first POS booking of the day. (usually around 06:00) and the settings will therefore not take effect immediately. If you would like a short-term activation or deactivation, please contact our support or read Activation in the ward management to help yourself.
Notes on occupancy after deactivating...
If you deactivate NoCOO, the licence will be removed from your contract and no more receipts will be uploaded from the following /TTA The theoretical end of day (TTA) applies the calendar day change at a time specified by you (default setting 6:00 a.m.). The receipts uploaded until then are available to you or your customers until further notice. If you want to delete your receipts in NoCOO, you can trigger this manually via the portal.
SOT - Self Order Terminal Licences
You can order NoCOO or simply activate it yourself, as you can also access the NoCOO area of the portal without licences. There you can add or remove the NoCOO licences under www.myhypersoft.de / My Business / NoCOO / System Groups per Location. NoCOO is a usage-based SaaS billing system.

Campaigns & Activities:
Campaign or Acitvities are incurred for NoCOO usage.
If you activate NoCOO in the standard, it costs nothing. You can even create up to 10 vouchers, e.g. for test purposes, without them being billed. The costs are settled on the basis of the NoCOO receipts created. Every invoice receipt counts. If you subsequently edit and recreate an invoice, two more receipts are counted (so 3 in total). The merchant receipts and customer receipts that you also upload in this with Hypersoft Pay and have in your archive do not count extra!

Suitable NoCOO Campaigns for your consumption
The practical thing about the Hypersoft Campaign System is that you can view the consumption until shortly before the end of the month and then have a cheaper package or even a "flat" applied to the activities already counted instead of the standard. The order for this must be communicated to Hypersoft by eMail so that you can easily adjust your billing arrangements up to twice a year.

In the standard version, the system charges one activity per receipt, for every 166 receipts or part thereof, a campaign is charged (campaign currently = 1,-€). For example, if you create well over 600 receipts a day, you can book the NoCOO package for a fixed price of €69 and enjoy all the NoCOO benefits. If you exceed the 20,000 monthly activities, only every 332 receipts count as a campaign.

For example, if you create significantly more than 600 receipts per day, book the NoCOO package at a fixed price of 69,-€ and enjoy all the benefits of NoCOO. If you exceed the 20,000 activities per month, only all 332 receipts count as an additional campaign.
NoCOO speciality with aleno reservation
In connection with the Hypersoft reservation powered by aleno, sales data is transmitted to aleno via NoCOO. For some of these installations, the sales data for aleno is desired, but not (or not yet) the use of NoCOO. The NoCOO licence can be extended for this purpose:

By adding this licence, the sales data is transmitted to aleno, but NoCOO cannot be set up on the POS system. This does not incur any additional costs for you(o.B. = no charge), provided that the aleno integration is billed (directly by aleno). If, in this context, archives for NoCOO are created in your Hypersoft portal that are actually only intended for paying NoCOO users, this is done without usage rights and as an example, so to speak. However, you can decide to use NoCOO - Digital Billing at a later date.
