aleno integration
By using the interface to aleno, you are able to forward reservations with the aleno system directly to Hypersoft and use the eBookings in cashier mode. Customer data is synchronised between the two systems by means of a webhook procedure, so that both systems always have up-to-date customer data.
The Hypersoft Reservation transports the data between the POS system and aleno. You can use the POS system or aleno to edit the data, not the Hypersoft Basis Reservation 2.0 in the portal.
Licences for the use of aleno with Hypersoft
If you would like to use aleno with the Hypersoft POS system, we can licence the Hypersoft licences free of charge, provided that the contract with aleno is delegated via Hypersoft.
There is also the option of transferring sales data to aleno without having to use NoCOO for this, this licensing is described in the section Transfer booking data to aleno... described.
