eSolutions Shop & Order licences

The Hypersoft Shop & Order licences are based on a common foundation. This allows you to inform all systems with one item master and to process orders from all systems via the online order module (separated as a channel) per location. This fact gives rise to many advantages, the interrelationships of which we would like to present here.

Requirements

POS system as the basis...

A Hypersoft POS system as Quick-Service or Full-Service forms the basis for your master data and enables the processing of bookings from the Shop & Order area per location. In this way, you generate all master data at one point, to which the transaction data also returns for evaluation.

Hosting with the CloudBOX Basis...

With the first shop system per location, we take care of the hosting of your data and the availability of your offers for the corresponding channels. For this you need the Hypersoft UX CloudBOX licence (in the old Classic licence model the CloudBOX were included in the webshop). If your location has a Hypersoft UX CloudBOX licence, extensions to a Self Order Terminal or for In-House Ordering are then only channel settings at no cost to Hypersoft UX CloudBOX. The more things you use, the easier it becomes and everything fits together.

Customer base as the basis...

In general, you can work with one and the same customer base on the POS system and with eSolutions. You collect and optimise your customer data for yourself in all required areas. If required, you can even connect special 3rd party programmes to the customer base. They can export their customer data at any time and use it without Hypersoft - it is simply their customer data.

So please remember that you need a customer base per location and if you work with a head office there too.

The easiest way to get started is the web voucher shop. Here you can gain your first experience quickly and profitably. Depending on the promotional offer, the customer base may be included for use in the web voucher shop. The web voucher shop also includes (like the webshop itself) the hosting Webshop Basis.

The onboardings of Webshop, SOT and YourAPP build on each other. This way, you can save up to 80% of the costs and time when setting up the webshop and Self Order Terminal at the same time within one onboarding. With the onboarding of YourAPP, even the entire webshop is set up at the same time.

Interface 57: Online Ordering and Deliverect Integration...

API for the connection of the Delivery Service Channel Manager Deliverect to the Hypersoft POS system. This licence contains the eSolutions API which is used here for the Deliverect integration. Master data from the Hypersoft item master is transferred and made available on the content server. Orders are received, verified and integrated into the workflows via extended POS dialogs. Depending on the channel (order transmitter), customer data and/or transaction numbers can be used for smooth collaboration. This license is required to use the Deliverect Channel Manager on one client at one site.

Extension for Online Order...

The Online Order at POS programme is activated by the webshop, the webshop in YourAPP, the eSolutions Self-Order Kiosk (SOT) and with the Deliverect integration. It can also be used with the 3rd party eSolutions interface if the 3rd party supports our online order (see Online order functions by channels).

Guest Order Terminal Licences

The Guest-Order-Terminalcan only be used instead of a Shop System and not in combination with it. At present, only a closed loop system in the variant Easy Check-Inis suitable for payment. Licences will be described here at a later date. If they are currently interested, the system can be offered via an individual enquiry.

If you work in a central system, you can optionally activate the free Guest-Order-Terminal Central Licence in order to be able to view and manage the Guest-Order-Terminal via your central portal account.

SB Licence DigiPager/ ePing

The DigiPager/ ePing licence is free of charge for push notifications. With the optional use of SMS notifications, we charge the SMS service per SMS (pay-as-you-go).
