Accounting interface with DATEV
With the interface to financial accounting, you have the option of assigning the sales from the postings of your POS system to posting accounts. The sales can then be exported via these accounts. The export is divided into two areas, the DATEV export and the financial accounting export.
Several steps in different programmes and modules are necessary for the correct output of the data:
- Filling in the Financial Data and General Ledger & Salary registers in the Master Information module.
- Assignment of financial accounts for payment methods in the program Financial accounts for payment methods.
- Assignment of accounts to commodity groups in the program commodity groups.
- Optionally, you can set up account assignments for each point ofsale.
- Settings for Export in the Report Manager on the Financial Accounting Interfacetab .
As soon as you have made these settings, you can carry out the FNA export directly in the Report Manager. You will be rewarded with a perfect account assignment and presentation of the business situation. The information is made available to the subsequent accounting programmes in an export file.
As the account assignment is made based on the current situation at the time of export (and not at the time the turnover is generated), you can change the settings and assignments for the postings made at any time and repeat the export.
The product group assignment itself - i.e. the linking of the articles to the product groups and therefore also to the accounts - is saved with the articles at the time of posting. However, if you want to use the current product group assignment for the export, you can specify this during the export.

The interface to financial accounting requires an existing Report Manager, Hypersoft UX Quick or Full Service or Back Office licence.

Evaluations for account assignment and export...
If you have the licence UX/IF Financial Accounting Account Assignment & Export, a DATEV report is automatically added to theReport Manager free UX reports.
As it is possible to mix external turnover with normal turnover, this can lead to differences depending on the option switch in the DATEV report. If this is the case, a note appears at the end of the DATEV reports if the external turnover is not to be taken into account in DATEV: Attention external turnover mixed:xxx" xxx=Total
Note: Project work subject to planning
This is an area that requires detailed project planning.
The Hypersoft system is a flexible standard solution that can be used in a variety of configurations. The correct implementation of the functions described here requires specialist expertise and a clear comparison of your requirements and expectations.
Please note that not all Hypersoft employees or partners are trained to the same extent in each of these labelled subject areas.
For this reason, we characterise certain content as "project work requiring planning". We would like to ensure that you contact your Hypersoft sales partner or Hypersoft Support at an early stage in order to carry out the necessary planning and coordination.
This structured approach enables us to carefully analyse your requirements and implement them in a targeted manner.
Licences for export to DATEV
Licences are always issued at the place of use:
If the export is only used in the head office, a single licence for the head office is sufficient.
If the export is also to be used at the locations, each location requires its own licence.
The corresponding licence is included in the ePOS Finance licence.
