Guest-Order-Terminal

The Guest Order Terminal is your unique opportunity to use digital order systems with a service restaurant in an almost playful way. In contrast to eSolutions In-House Ordering, they do not rely on the smartphones they bring with them, but integrate technology as an integral part of their concept. This way you can influence the experience and make the technology usable to the extent that it fits into your concept.

The Full-HD touchscreens are used like a menu card in portrait format and can be integrated into the tabletop as desired or used as a top-mounted system. If more than one space per unit is to be addressed directly, you can use the integrated space query.

The first version of this new system is intended for a cashless area with a closed payment circuit in the variant Easy Check-In; support for other variants is available after consultation or further updates.

Technical information...

The Guest Order Terminal (GOT) is a hybrid product that uses Windows 10 (desktop) programmes as well as web browser technology. This combination of technologies gives us maximum flexibility and allows us to optimally design the different areas of the Guest-Order-Terminal according to requirements.

The use of the Guest Order Terminal is optimised for a touch monitor or corresponding terminals with Windows 10 in portrait format with a screen diagonal from 15" and a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels (h x w).

If you want to use Android or Apple devices, you can work via Remote Desktop or use Windows emulators with Apple, depending on the device.

The GOT works with image files, so the variants shown here only serve as an impression. The GOT cannot be used without your own corresponding images.

licensing

The Guest Order Terminal is licensed per location (location licence).

If you work in a central system, you can optionally activate the free Guest-Order-Terminal Central Licence in order to be able to view and manage the Guest-Order-Terminal via your central portal account.
