eSolutions In-House Order

Video available (64Mb)

The "In House" order type for Shop 2.0 and YourAPP lets your guests order and pay directly at the table via smartphone. Via QR code or 5-digit table code, the location and table are localised and an order incl. payment can be carried out.

With this further new programme of Hypersoft Digitisation we provide you with the following workflow:

  • The user can overview and select their offer just like in a webshop.
  • The user can scan a QR code or enter a short (five-digit) code that represents their delivery location (for example, table 25).
  • There are two payment options:
    1. The user must pay for the order in order to send it.
    2. The user does not have to pay for the order, payment for multiple orders can also be made with the operator and the numerous options such asNoCOO - Digital Billing.
  • You receive the prepaid order in the POS system on the order vouchers or in the Kitchen Monitor and can bring the order to the delivery location.

Limitations & Restrictions for In-House Order

Some of the limitations and restrictions mentioned here may be lifted in future versions, as they represent the current state of development and not a statement:

  • In-house orders are always placed without a deposit.

  • In-House Ordering orders and invoices are not currently displayed under My Orders in the customer's user profile.

  • In-house orders are not displayed in the order history in the portal due to the bidirectional checkout communication.

  • Discounts and price levels in the customer master or discounts on a web voucher cannot be processed in conjunction with In-House Ordering. See also Discount and price levels for in-house ordering. You can book these as a separate transaction at the POS or mPOS.

  • The system requires the Multi-Object transaction mode. It is therefore not compatible with the Orderman system.
