eSolutions licences
The Hypersoft bonus system enables you to start almost any bonus campaign for your customers and at the same time keep control over collective receipts and free goods (benefits). The use is also settled with Campaigns.
Locations and headquarters:
A bonus system licence is required per location and, if a head office is used, also in the head office.
Requirements...
The bonus system works with the same codes as the web voucher system. The bonus system requires a licensed Hypersoft customer base 2.0.
Campaigns and activities in the bonus system...
The bonus system for the one-time activation and redemption of the collected bonus. Example:
- They distribute 6000 bonus cards(there are no activities)
- 3000 customers use the bonus cards for the first time (3000 activities are counted)
- Customers continue to collect points(no activities here either!)
- 2000 customers collect the profit / bonus (2000 activities are counted)
In this example, only 3000 + 2000 = 5000 activities are counted. As of 2022, 16 Activities are one Campaign, so 5000 Activities are 313 Campaigns. In contrast, you approached 6000 customers and successfully gave out 2000 profits.

The webshop and other eSolutions also have a special feature: the CloudBOX. CloudBOX is part of our system landscape and your automatic access to the world of digital eSolutions. In our system landscape, it is your individual Windows server that connects to your programmes at your locations and encapsulates only your data. Your CloudBOX server is therefore your virtual server that runs in our cloud and is maintained by us for you.
Whenever user utilisation increases significantly, we take care of scaling so that you are always well equipped on the server side. As there are many different usage concepts (from high-frequency to optional services), Campaign and Activities enable us to charge our fixed costs for provision and the system load in a fair and transparent way. This means that the CloudBOX does not cost more if you use it with high frequency.

Technical background to the CloudBOX:
The webshop and other services operate bidirectionally with your POS system via the Online Order Connector (OOC) and the Online Order Programme at the POS. Online Order at POS refers to the visible dialogue for the POS workflow; the Online Order Connector is a programme for data exchange that operates in the background. The complex technical resources for this are provided by Hypersoft, so that you only need a Hypersoft cash register at the location.
