Time recording licences
With the Hypersoft // system, you already receive programmes for recording employee data with a POS licence, which offer you basic and in some cases very extensive possibilities for employee administration. You can record addresses and other information of employees, output lists and configure the scope of the information to be recorded. Likewise, you can assign employees certain price levels or loss reasons to work successfully in the POS system, which is important for controlling and team building. When it comes to time recording or staff scheduling with Hypersoft or 3rd parties, you can expand and master these demanding areas with the appropriate licences.

Time Recording Licences (Human Resources)
The employee data area, also called Human Resources, is installed with every Hypersoft system and the number of employees covered is unlimited. The available extensions per licence are provided per location and independent of the number of POS systems. This means, for example, that an extension with one Hypersoft UX Time Recording licence per 20 employees can then be used on all your Hypersoft UX POS terminals and even on the MCP workstations.
Use in a central office:
The information can be exchanged between headquarters and locations. A decision on where to record the master data of the employees is required.

Hypersoft UX Time Recording Licenses
With the Time Recording licence, you can record working hours and export them together with the Backoffice licences and the UX Financial Accounting Account Assignment & Export extension licence.With licences for Time Recording, the Absences and The holiday planner programmes are also activated. The licences can also be combined, for example: 2 x 100 MA and 3 x 20 MA = 260 employees.
For evaluation and export, time recording also requires the Report Manager licence, which is also included in the Backoffice Suite.
Hypersoft UX Time Recording Biometrics
If you want to use the supported fingerprint reader to recognise employees, you need a Hypersoft UX Time & Attendance Biometrics licence, if you use more than one fingerprint reader (at several stations), you need the corresponding number of these licences.

Hypersoft UX Time recording Duty roster
The Hypersoft UX Time Recording Duty Schedule licence enables you to carry out careful and transparent staff planning. The duty roster corresponds to the Absences program and the employee masterrecord. With this license, the programs Front Office Absences and Vacation Planner are also activated. For more complex requirements, there are further interfaces to 3rd party duty roster programmes which are developed in different ways. For orientation:

If you are looking for a professional roster that is also very extensively integrated into Hypersoft, this applies to the gastromatic integration.
