Integrated payment terminals with the Hypersoft POS solution
With the Hypersoft POS solution, payment terminals can be connected directly to POS stations and can also exchange data with the POS system while on the move. This direct communication between the POS terminal and the Hypersoft cash register solution enables transaction data to be transferred to the booking journal immediately after completion. This enables GoBD-compliant, congruent accounting and reporting for cashless payments in accordance with the requirements of the tax authorities.
Another advantage is that frequent corrections, such as subsequently changing the payment type at the end of the day, are no longer necessary. The Hypersoft solution offers unique advantages, especially when it comes to handling tips. Overpayments are automatically recorded as tips and correctly allocated and posted to the respective operator.
If a cashless payment cannot be made via the POS terminal for any reason, it is possible to change the payment method. If it is determined that a payment order has not been executed, the process can be easily processed and finalised with a new payment method. It is also possible to repeat a cashless payment.
