Record working times
Time recording is a practical tool in the Hypersoft Suite. Time recording collects information about employees' working times and can use it for reports in the Hypersoft Suite. This information can be processed and transmitted to subsequent systems such as gastromatic, DATEV and others. You will also receive the secure information about the staff present.
To start time recording, the cash register function Time recording must be present on the keyboard and pressed:
Display of the calculated posting date for entry using the TTA and the settings for the waiting period. If an employment type is assigned, it is also displayed. The clocks show the current system time or the time at which the employee entered the time. Depending on the settings in the Time Recording Settings programme, receipts are also printed "when time stamping". The setting under Report Printer is used as the printer. The employee's screen is displayed from the employee master record.
