Hypersoft Pay Adyen Portal
The Adyen Portal is an optional addition to the Hypersoft Pay Powered by Adyenservice. It gives them insight and access to every single payment, both from the eSolutions area and from the terminal area of the respective location.
Please note that this programme is only available in English.

If you are a customer who does not speak English, please use the Chrome browser and turn on the Google Translator Plug and set it to German. Login to the Adyen portal
We have created a way for your employees to authenticate themselves on the Adyen portal as well as for other MFA logins without a company mobile phone.
The Dashboard
Here you can see the dashboard with the daily / weekly and monthly view, divided into authorised and unauthorised payments. In the dashboard, they receive information on their current turnover at a glance, daily, weekly and monthly.

You can use the /PSP PSP= Payment Service Provider number in the Payments section to find the payment at Search. If you do not know the PSP number you can also search for your payment based on a period or an amount using the narrowing down function through Filters, this is also described at Refund.

All /chargebacks from you are displayed here and you can take action against them with the appropriate documents and actions here.
Chargebacks should only be used for your eSolutions payment (e.g. Web shop) enter.

Which report setting can I change?
Executing a Refund in the Portal
You can trigger a /Refund Refund is a term from cashless payment transactions. It refers to an initial payment of a cashless payment amount to the cashless payer carried out by you as a merchant. yourself in the Adyen portal. This is not transmitted to the Hypersoft system. Therefore, this should only be carried out by users trained by us for this purpose. Without appropriate training, you can create discrepancies in your evaluations of the Hypersoft system through careless "refunding", which is why this process is not described here.

Customise billing address in the Adyen portal
To adjust your billing address independently, you need a general training for the Adyen portal access from Hypersoft.
Log in to the Adyen Live Portal at https://ca-live.adyen.com and select Invoice Overviewon the left-hand side under Finance. In this area, select Invoice Setting in the top right-hand corner. Now you can change the data using the pencil symbol on the right (Edit). Most of our customers use the Reference number here to insert a BILLBOX number, for example.
You cannot enter an empty line as a reference number, so BILLBOX 1234 is not possible, use the form BILLBOX1234 here.
Licensing Hypersoft Pay powered by Adyen Portal
The product is only offered to your trained staff and in conjunction with licensing. You see Interface 70: Hypersoft Pay powered by Adyen Portal. You will receive this when you request the IF 70 licence from your sales contact. Then contact Hypersoft support and you will be given an appointment for training.
Licensing serves as a mutual safeguard at this point. Without training, it can be a risk for you to use such a powerful payment portal without training or to make it accessible to an unclear group of users within your company.
Note to use Google Chrome to use the Adyen portal (others may cause errors) and use Google's translation plug-in if needed, as the default is English only.
