New Hypersoft ePOS licence standard

The new Hypersoft ePOS licence model will be gradually integrated into the standard. Even with the first ePOS Professional licence, you receive the most important and powerful functions. The first ePOS Professional licence for a location includes all essential functions for the checkout workstation, both for Quick-Service POS and for Full-Service POS. In addition, web vouchers, customer master data, analyses that were previously included in the Backoffice Suite and even a 24/7 web voucher shop are already integrated.
With ePOS Professional POS add-on licences, you can add any number of additional stationary POS workstations. Mobile cash registers can still be supplemented via mPOS licensing.
This new model makes the system more powerful, clearer and more user-friendly. Further details will follow shortly.
All previous licences for mobile devices, such as the former Clou-Mobile, mPOS and PayPOS, will be combined as a new ePOS mobile licence and therefore also include the payment function. The mPOS Tablet licence becomes ePOS Tablet.

Minimum configuration
New customers receive this licence model so that, in addition to the POS system, a new Hypersoft customer can use Hypersoft Pay, maintain their customer base, use all the analyses of the Backoffice Suite and sell web vouchers not only locally but also via the Internet - and all this with the first POS licence,

As before, the new licence model can be supplemented with additional licences. However, in the POS area only with the ePOS Professional - POS extensions.
System customers or customers with enterprise models and multiple locations also have additional options within the existing licence model. Nothing is currently changing here.
Extension licences of the ePOS licence model
Extension licences require at least one existing ePOS Professional licence.
ePOS Finance contains three areas or programmes for your benefit in one very compact licence:

Export: DATEV and Standardtransmission of time and wage data to DATEV and other programmes

Accounting is a powerful programme for invoicing private and corporate customers, including a bank interface.
