Hypersoft Delivery offers you different possibilities to work with a delivery service.

Possible combinations with other delivery platforms and your webshop or YourAPP

Of course, all deliveries from the Hypersoft webshop or the Hypersoft webshop in YourAPP can be delivered with the Onfleet Delivery Platform. The extensions to Delivery Service Channel Manager Deliverect also allow you to supply all channels there with the Onfleet Delivery Platform, provided the respective channel owner "allows you to make your own deliveries".

Online order at the POS

An essential part of the overall solution is the seamless and bidirectional integration of the Channel Manager, Hypersoft eSolutions incl. webshop and 3rd party APIs, all of which can be used simultaneously and in parallel. Seamless and bidirectional, as the master data from the Hypersoft system is made available to everyone else via interfaces and the orders arrive at your location and in your kitchen exactly as you wish. *1 = The provider does not support menu push, the items must be entered directly. The workflow is currently being revised by Lieferando and Deliverect, as the menu push is to be supported in the collaboration in the future.

*2 = For the acceptance of Wolt within your Deliverect interface you will receive a separate tablet from Wolt. On this tablet, you must first select the delivery time for each incoming order so that the order is forwarded to the Hypersoft POS system. The workflow is currently being revised by Wolt and Deliverect, as the tablet will no longer be used for collaboration in the future.

Planned maintenance times and system availability

Please note that our servers are temporarily unavailable every first Wednesday of the month between 03:00 and 05:00 (CET) due to planned maintenance and system updates. We ask for your understanding for these necessary measures to ensure system stability.

Virtual machines (VMs) of your eSolutions

All customers who use Hypersoft eSolutions (such as APP or Webshop) have their own virtual machine (VM). To carry out security updates and system maintenance, these VMs are checked every third Wednesday of the month between 04:00 and 07:00 (CET).

During this period, there may be temporary restrictions or interruptions to the availability of your eSolutions.
