Orderman functions

The CLOU MOBILE for Orderman supports two variants of licensing. The classic single licensing CLOU MOBILE for Orderman supports all functions listed below. You can also use the mPOS Handheld licenses to run an Orderman. There, however, the functions are "assembled" on the basis of the individual licenses. In principle, the functionality of Orderman is then based on the functions of the individual plug-ins. See also: Functions of the CLOU Mobile

The functions supported by CLOU MOBILE for Orderman must also be supported by the respective Orderman devices. There may also be deviations from the behavior of Orderman devices described here, as this has changed during the years of Orderman device development.

Execute

The numbers 88 and 99 are supported. Attention No queries or warnings are issued in this regard.

report Reports are always automatic for all tills, that is. Reports on the screen are not supported.
item number The cash register function item number starts a possibility for the fast input of the item number with double actuation.

 

Version comparison and functions

Most functions are supported by all Hypersoft POS versions, but there are also variations so that special functions are available for some of the POS versions. You can find an overview of this situation under: Version comparison and functions

 

Not all cash register functions from the CLOU are supported on the CLOU MOBILE for Orderman. If you use unsupported functions on the Orderman DON/MAX, you will receive a corresponding message when pressing in cashier mode. Therefore, check the following list to see if the cash register function that you want to place on the keyboard of the DON/MAX is listed here:

No function

  • The booking wizard cannot be supported on Orderman. The control for divisions with the divisor is not supported in Orderman and therefore the conditions for this are not supported. A query which is only considered in the division will be suppressed on the Orderman.

  • The deposit system is not supported on the Orderman.
