Use your logo
in some areas of the Hypersoft Suite you can use your own logo. The Hypersoft logo serves only as a placeholder for the time being (of course, you are always welcome to use our logo).
MCP (Master Control Panel)
The MCP allows you to customise the desktop background. When you log in, the Hypersoft logo and possibly a logo of your specialist dealer partner appear:
Your own logo can be integrated into the dialogue and the MCP Desktop (see example "Cloudless"). If there is no logo, there is a text "please click here" ... if there is already a logo, simply right-click on the logo to change it (the login dialogue only reacts to the right click so that the logo selection is not inadvertently called up on the touch screen of the POS by touching it).
The Report Manager reports all have a Hypersoft logo in the general header.
All reports load one and the same file from their system. Select any report of the Report Manager, start the List & Label Layouter, select the logo to be able to recognise the file storage in your system (...\\Hypers-!\ETC\ClientXXXX\000001.jpg). In this location of your Windows system, save your logo with exactly the same existing file name. Then you don't need to change your layout in the existing layouts or in future ones.
Please make sure that the file size does not become too large, so that the report generation is not unnecessarily slowed down.
POS system
The Hypersoft logo at the top left of the POS system is a button for your support. You cannot change the logo at this point. However, you can influence the buttons and the design. If required, you can also load your logo as a graphic into the keys.
You can integrate your logo into the invoice printer, see:
The biggest and most important area is what your guests see. You should show your logo in the web shop and in the app and we will integrate it for you as part of the onboarding process. This is also possible in the NoCOO Onboarding in the Portalsection. Only the payment section contains a small reference to Hypersoft Pay powered by Adyen, which is also correct.
