eBooking reservation licences
Hypersoft offers two reservation systems. The Hypersoft reservation system for smaller requirements (further down on this page) or the very powerful reservation system aleno, which can be integrated into Hypersoft. Information on the features of both systems can be found under Reservation functions in the Hypersoft system.
Hypersoft reservation powered by aleno licences
With Hypersoft Reservation powered by aleno, you can integrate a powerful, modern reservation system directly into your Hypersoft environment.
The solution is a co-operation product of aleno and Hypersoft and offers you a seamless connection between table reservation and POS system.
Prerequisites for use:

The reservation function requires the Hypersoft customer base.

To integrate Hypersoft POS, you need a suitable Hypersoft ePOS licence, which is linked to the aleno system.

Use in a control centre...
The aleno reservation system works as standard in a central office, but is licensed by aleno for each location.

There are no costs for the integration of aleno into Hypersoft if this is ordered via Hypersoft, as the licences can be added to Hypersoft purely for information and free of charge.

Hypersoft does not charge any campaign or activity fees for reservations.

All reservation systems are cloud-based. The interface to the POS system also runs locally (on-premise).
eBooking aleno Reservations licence
This licence communicates that you have received the aleno licence via Hypersoft. To use the POS integration, you will need the eBooking aleno Integration licence.

If you are already an aleno customer and would like a Hypersoft integration, please get in touch with your Hypersoft contact person. We then either take over the eBooking aleno reservation licence or add a Hypersoft reservation licence as a replacement.
eBooking aleno integration licence
With this licence you receive the integration of the aleno system in Hypersoft. When using the aleno integration, the Hypersoft reservation system appears in the Hypersoft portal, but only to transport the data between aleno and the Hypersoft POS, not to manage the reservations there, as this is then done in the aleno portal and directly at the Hypersoft POS.
Transfer booking data to aleno
To transmit the booking data to aleno, we use our NoCOO - Digital Billing. NoCOO offers you digital archives for customers and dealer receipts and much more, independently of the transfer of sales data to aleno . If you want to transfer booking data to aleno but do not want to use NoCOO, we offer a simple free solution for this.

Hypersoft Reservation allows you to integrate a reservation system directly into Hypersoft programmes.
Use in a central office:
The Hypersoft reservation system has no special functions for the control centre. As it is cloud-based, it can be accessed from the control centre. The Hypersoft customer base is designed in such a way that all customers can also be processed together at the head office.
