The eSolutions reservations offer you different possibilities to work with reservations.

  • Using the Hypersoft Basic Reservation 2.0, ideal for small and medium requirements.

  • The complementary use of aleno's reservation system, which was integrated into Hypersoft in cooperation with aleno and the data from Hypersoft are transferred to aleno. With this solution, we combine one of the leading reservation systems with the Hypersoft system landscape.

  • The planned extension to other established reservation systems (*1) in the future

Technology and workflow in connection with aleno...

The integration of Hypersoft Reservation in the Hypersoft POS system is extensive and practically designed. By using the interface to aleno, you are able to forward reservations with the aleno system directly to Hypersoft and use them at the POS as in the portal. Customer data is synchronised between the two systems by means of a webhook procedure, so that both systems always have up-to-date customer data.

The reservations and customer data appear in the Hypersoft portal as well as in the aleno system. You get a unique combination and competence link from the aleno and Hypersoft worlds.

Possibilities for reservations at the point of sale

This example shows that you work with the Hypersoft reservation system, with aleno, or with OpenTable, whereby the Hypersoft reservation system acts as a gateway in all variants.

Licences for the use of aleno with Hypersoft

The use of one of the reservations requires an existing licence Hypersoft Customer Base 2.0. A corresponding POS licence is required for use with Hypersoft POS, the connection of both programmes is included in the reservation. The reservation contains all described functions and is offered as a /SaaS licence.

Version change from previous versions

The previous version, MOBILE PEOPLE Reservation, will be completely deactivated on 1 December 2023 and customers will have to switch to Hypersoft Reservation or Hypersoft Reservation powered by aleno by then.

Planned maintenance times and system availability

Please note that our servers are temporarily unavailable every first Wednesday of the month between 03:00 and 05:00 (CET) due to planned maintenance and system updates. We ask for your understanding for these necessary measures to ensure system stability.

Virtual machines (VMs) of your eSolutions

All customers who use Hypersoft eSolutions (such as APP or Webshop) have their own virtual machine (VM). To carry out security updates and system maintenance, these VMs are checked every third Wednesday of the month between 04:00 and 07:00 (CET).

During this period, there may be temporary restrictions or interruptions to the availability of your eSolutions.
