Booking items

The chapter Booking Items deals with the different ways of setting up items so that you can then book them.

In addition to the property expected from a cash register by pressing a key, entering an item number, or reading a barcode to trigger a booking, there are other possibilities, for example:

  • Queries several possibilities
  • Addition of information
  • Summarize items
  • Automatic query of quantities or units
  • Change price or text information

You can also book or cancel items under the name of other operators by using the checkout functions Operator or Phantom Operator.

If you press and hold a transaction in the transaction list, you also receive the most important commands for selection:

With the command Transaction details almost all questions regarding individual bookings can be clarified. For example, did the manager work as an operator and inherit his right to cancel?
