eSolutions Basic Questions & Answers (FAQ)
You can expect 100% availability and fast response times from a correctly set up system without external interference.
In order to connect the POS system with the services of the portal, not only must the interfaces be set up, but communication channels must also function. Communication takes place via defined URLS and ports, which must be taken into account by the administrator of the POS system through releases. Especially after work has been carried out on your network, communication problems may occur if the settings are changed or if new devices are not configured accordingly. So inform anyone you hire to work on your network about the issue of 4. IP and Port List

Web hosting
The hosting of your webshop and your optional YourAPP is done via Hypersoft's data centre and is already included in the monthly costs. Each web shop is operated on a separate VM per customer and synchronises its data with the Hypersoft portal servers. You select any number of your locations that are to participate in the shop system. The number of locations does not place an extraordinary burden on the master data, because the Hypersoft system is optimised for locations. Hypersoft automatically takes care of the provision of powerful hosting or stronger servers when the workload increases, so that you can work safely with many users even at peak times. Regular maintenance and services are also included in Hypersoft hosting.

communication
The communication between the webshop and your checkout takes place via the Portal Connector and via the CloudBOX Live Connector, which regularly contacts your VM in our data centre and checks it for new orders and other data exchange. At the same time, item blocking information or item availability information is transferred (if required). The update of your products offered in the webshop is done daily automatically to your /TTA The theoretical end of day (TTA) applies the calendar day change at a time specified by you (default setting 6:00 a.m.). The programme can automatically perform closures, updates and maintenance at this time. A new sales day then begins with the first POS booking of the day., if necessary you can perform this synchronization ad hoc at any time independently via our portal. If you have several locations, the product images are transferred to the web shop via your central mandate, item information, prices and availability are synchronized via the respective location.
Cash security ordinance and signing by TSE
In the course of the Cash Security Ordinance, all transactions must be signed by a technical security device (TSE). Our webshop ensures these signatures by requiring that every order must be processed at the cash register and is thus automatically signed (the only requirement is a proper TSE setup on your hypersoft cash register system).
