For this, you only need to make a few small settings in the Hypersoft Portal. The prerequisite for this is a contract or onboarding with Hypersoft Pay powered by Adyen. This allows you to receive such favourable fees for payments as otherwise only at a modern EC, credit card terminal. With the one-time onboarding, you will then receive EC terminals and other services for cashless payment from us "on demand" and without further contracts. If you already use Hypersoft Pay powered by Adyen for other services such as eSolution Webshops, you only need to expand the settings now.

With NoCOO, you do not have to do without any of Hypersoft's numerous functions. You can change transactions as usual and everything is booked correctly and saved in such a way that you have traceable evaluations and control options. Some things, such as adding a billing address later, can (optionally) also be left to your customers.

If you or the customer has already stored an invoice address, this can no longer be changed for this document, the document must be reposted instead. To comply with this request, you can search for the receipt in the POS system and use the Edit transaction function to edit the address subsequently. The old transaction is counter-posted and a new transaction is created with the service date at that time (the booking for its current day thus remains revenue-neutral). Depending on the situation, you enter the desired billing address at the POS or give your customer the new NoCOO code and PIN. Customer receipts and merchant receipts can be made available online with almost all card devices from the options underHypersoft Pay; this works particularly conveniently with the PayPOS systems. For epay, it must be set that the receipt is printed at the POS system (printing is not done with NoCOO, but online filing is done). With Hypersoft powered by Adyen, receipts are filed online regardless of this setting. Reason: The ZVT interface (old standard) used by epay and other providers simply does not deliver print data when printing at the terminal. However, the payment data is always transmitted to NoCOO for integrated card devices of all manufacturers.

The automatic address query is designed to prevent your operators from forgetting to enter an address above a certain amount. If the operator already enters the name, the customer can change it later. If this seems annoying to you, use a closing key with a form without the address query activated.

The NoCOO receipt is output normally. After the emergency operation of the POS system has ended, the data is available on the NoCOO website for your customers (as soon as the sideline cash register is back on the local network, connected to the Internet and the Hypersoft web services are accessible.
