General questions about the Kitchen Monitor System

error messages

  • Message Kitchen Supervisor does not respond Option I: If the connection from the individual monitors to the Kitchen Supervisor is interrupted, you will receive a warning message. Usually this is a network problem that you can correct by default. The network sockets on the device or in the sockets or patch cables are most frequently defective.
  • Message Kitchen Supervisor does not respond Option II: If the network is working properly and this message still appears, then the Kitchen Monitor communication file is "blocked". This can only have external causes such as unnoticed (because temporary) defective networks, non-recommended anti-virusprograms, or unqualified interventions.
