The LohnPlus Update for 2016 is available for download. The holidays are until 1. The assessment thresholds have been adjusted. The wage tax calculation remains unchanged from the 2015 method (therefore there may be minor deviations in some areas). We hereby announce an extension to use a comparable monthly calendar as part of the Hypersoft Suite, including migration, available at short notice.

Portal: New reservation on 16.11.2015

The reservation has been extended for use for banquet reservations, event reservations and much more. Almost all imaginable objects and their options can be reserved from now on. In order to be able to manage these partly complex requirements internally, there are To->Do lists and function sheets. For reasons of comfort, we have controlled these additional functions with the new object designer in the center and the extended object processing using an additionally available license. These extensive functions are thus automatically hidden for easy table reservation. In this way, the familiar control elements remain intact. However, some things have improved even without enlargement. Overall, the programme has been accelerated in many areas.

 

  • The reservation now has the menu item Configuration, which now includes Settings, Objects, Object Designer and Areas.
  • The Object Groups module has been removed as there are "no more groups" according to the new procedure. The new modules Object Templates and Designerhave been added.
  • You can hide "non-possible objects" in posting management. This also ensures that tables are not allocated twice.
  • The widget has been improved and can support an Automatic / Guided Reservation even for complex reservations.
  • The room plan has been temporarily deactivated (until it is fully adjusted in a few days). Please temporarily use the other options to manage your reservations.

Hypersoft New Elements Suite SP 81 dated 27.10.2015

In order to provide the appropriate service for the strongly increased number of installations in the system gastronomy, we have created programs for the newly created "Enterprise Solutions" section. Enterprise Software are programs that are especially suitable for large companies. In line with this, Hypersoft is also expanding its Enterprise Solution Center, which specifically addresses the needs of large enterprises. This also includes English versions of the Hypersoft programs and the corresponding support. The new reservation will be available on 16.11.2015. In advance we will place the documentation here. Please take some time, as there have been some adjustments to the look & feel. Also in terms of performance, the reservation will now be suitable for all types of objects. The simple table reservation system becomes a freely configurable reservation system. You can use this consistently for events and objects of all kinds, for example: conference rooms, bowling alleys or sports fields with any options, smaller pensions or holiday resorts, events or celebrations with human and technical resources. The program is additionally accelerated again.

  • CashierMode :
    • 1 x 1 keys could cause an error message when starting the cashier mode.

    • Fax ( handwritten entries ) were no longer displayed in the if once an item with changeable receipt text has been reworked.
    • A copy (via the function Edit transaction, Copy invoice) of voucher sales could only show the payment type BAR.
    • Item billing did not always work with items without a price.

  • CONTROLLER:

    • In the touch mode of the order center it could happen that the 1st order was displayed "empty" at the goods receipt. In addition, a displayed purchase order in the goods receipt that was reset with "X" caused an error when it was selected again.

    • During transfer posting and loss posting at the order center, a base unit was displayed for each order variant. Now the item is displayed only once.
    • Since the changeover to the new dialog for control entry in 01/2014, a date display error could occur if you start the control in the evening and then choose Start stock. If necessary, the following day was displayed as the date. However, the data was correctly posted and saved.
    • Products that are only produced during posting are no longer on the entry list for checking purposes.

    • The start indicators for item barcodes were not saved (on the Post tab in the care unit overview).
    • The grouping in the goods receipt report has been adjusted so that when you select grouping by vendor/date, there are no additional subdivisions by merchandise category.
  • elPAY interface: In a branch the setting for the elPAY terminal names could not be started.

  • Card management: In the blocking dialog of the card evaluation, a different customer transaction may have been displayed for "virtual customer cards".
  • Report Manager:
    • During the data retrieval of the voucher tracing, it could partially come to double booking data from the journal.
    • When resolving "self-dissolving products", it could happen that the consumption report did not classify these products and items were listed several times.

    • The loss basic report of the sales items showed the totals twice.
    • The time recording report could incorrectly display individual leave days from previous months.

  • Connectionto dispensing systems : Double designations could be entered.
  • Timerecording : The employment type is defined by the master data or the duty roster when you log on. If a different employment type is determined by the duty roster, this was not taken into account when the employee logged off.

 


Hotfix 3 from 18.08.2015

  • The "Fax function" from the CLOU and CLOU MOBILE cashier mode has been improved.

Portal extension from 16.07.2015

Reservation:

  • Reservations from the POS now save the user name.
  • New reservation via cashier mode (classic view) now takes into account mandatory fields and fields to be displayed from the settings.

Hypersoft New Elements Suite SP 80 dated 01.07.2015

Below you can read about the extensions provided by Hotfix/ Reload since March in the reservation and some other things. For understandable reasons, we have now made the improved functionality available as quickly as possible.

We are currently undergoing a fundamental change and expansion of our development activities through a new internal quality assurance procedure and will invest more in the existing programs, their performance, quality and technical cooperation with you.

Regarding GDPdU and GoBD we have integrated additional extensions and improvements that are not supposed to be named all for security reasons. In any case, it is necessary to install this update at the next opportunity, as only in this way can our maximum support be provided in the future. As always with the current state of financial regulations, systems without further updates will not be able to rely fully on Hypersoft at a later date. Further information can be found in the current HS-SSP document (download from MyHypersoft.de, My Area).

We have completed all tests for the upcoming Windows 10 upgrade and can recommend their use. If you change many workstations or cash desks to this new operating system, you should - in case you have any questions - please do so during our service hours and preferably not during the emergency service. We also offer you advance support in planning and implementation. If you have any questions, please contact your Hypersoft reseller or Hypersoft.

The SP 80 is compatible with the new database version Actian ZEN SQL V12.

 

Change Management

  • item master: Capacities will also be released if the item is component capable. Previously, the field was only activated for "saleable" or info items. You can now distribute components to different Kitchen Monitors if the item is not saleable.

Hotfix 7

  • Report Manager: Extension of the report Theoretical turnover per guest. Theoretical turnover per guest (number of customers)
  • QM: The entitlement to leave in the time recording report was incorrect if leave was entered up to 31.12.2014.
  • QM: New adjustment of wage type determination with regard to automatic breaks. The full pause time of the day is no longer subtracted, but checked with the setting for automatic pauses.

Hotfix 6

  • QM: Stored checks could be incorrectly posted to the following day.
  • QM: Error in the inspection of IP printers.
  • QM: An internal logging client clearing was introduced, which led to an error in offline mode.

Hotfix 4 of 08.12.2014: Labelling obligation and improved CLOU MOBILE

The Federal Council passed a resolution on 28 September. On 13 November 2014, the Commission adopted an Ordinance on the labelling of allergenic substances in unpackaged foodstuffs for use from 13 November 2014. December 2014 allergen labelling valid throughout Europe was approved.

If you want to use the Hypersoft item master for this you can do this even better with the Hotfix 4.

Improvements to CLOU MOBILE

Since the CLOU MOBILE has been able to send error messages for some time, we were able to analyze the program and correct many special error cases. We have also integrated some improvements for this hotfix to make your Christmas business a bit easier. For this the main menu of the CLOU MOBILE had to be adapted slightly, because it was misleading.

  • Change: Main menu changed: Open is now open list and Newis open/new. This makes it clear that you can create new tasks as well as open existing ones in the same dialog.

The functions are basically the same as before, only the texts are improved (Opening always went over New but was hardly used). The open processes are no longer loaded with every change to the main menu, since this slows down the program unnecessarily and the list may have been out of date a little later. Only with the button Task list the current list of tasks is loaded and a task can be selected from it as before. Alternatively, the numeric keypad for entering the process number appears via Open / Process as before.

A cumulative view of the postings is often required, although this exists. To do this, use the gesture Long press at the top of the menu:

  • New: Unit sale as query bottle/glass is now supported. In the full text search, the two options are listed independently, i.e. cake complete and 1 piece of cake. Unit sales on the mPOS and ePOS tablet

  • Change: The button "Update table list on opening" is omitted, because this list is now always up to date.

  • QM: The item master was not always updated when changes were made.
  • QM: If a free attachment was terminated and then posted again, it was displayed but not posted.
  • QM: Problem with Orbit Scanner: If you use "Hold new" in the main menu, the dialog for customer search opens. If one goes from there on scanning, no scan was possible in the process.
  • QM: The scanner at the orbit remained sporadically permanently on.
  • QM: If you save the data without having loaded the keyboard before, the labels for the "Jump keys - go to page 1, etc." went. I've lost my son.
  • QM: If a product group was called via a fixed key, this was "left open" and the lock screen was started, the lock screen was in the background, so that unwanted bookings could occur when the device was plugged in.
  • QM: The sorting of the query was exclusively "free item number, text" if no sorting number was entered. Sorting now fully follows all variants of CLOU sorting in the station settings.
  • QM: Fixed program errors that required a reboot of the devices:
    • Program start without configured device (missing registry entry).

    • Program start without registered server IP.

    • Program start with wrong or incomplete IP.

    • Login, if an error occurred when receiving the data.

    • Logoff if there is no interface to the IIS.

    • A file could be missing during orbit and an error could occur during scanning.

    • Updating the view at the "Wizard" could cause graphic errors.

    • Error message if the update program on the handset is accidentally "clicked into the background" and Clou Mobile is restarted. The already started update is now brought to the foreground.

    • Error message by fax dialog ( this could be opened depending on previous bookings without booked items).

    • Error in the full text search, probably due to typing/deleting the input too fast.
