The new vouchers complement the functions of the previous voucher system because they can be used across branches. These vouchers are managed in the Hypersoft portal and are called MOBILE PEOPLE web vouchers. The proven Kansys customer base has become the MOBILE PEOPLE customer base and soon the customer base will also be available as an alternative MOBILE PEOPLE Web customer base and will combine with our other programs such as reservation and rating to effective mobile marketing tools.

We have a new mobile device for the CLOU MOBILE for Windows. The Orbit is added as another handheld to the IT-300. It is a touch device with four haptic function keys. The scanner is also prepared for QR codes and the device has especially long battery life.

The stationary CLOU cash register is no longer stationary. We have set out to support the operation on tablets. This is initially done in three steps. The first one consists of running a single cash register on trays and is achieved thanks to the new SidePanel!
This is followed in a few weeks by step two, in which tablets also run as auxiliary cash registers on tablets in combination, and later step three, in order to be able to use tablets both inside and outside the radio range if required. The sidepanel can also be used on stationary cash terminals with monitors in multimedia format.

With this service pack the program is compatible with Windows 8 (and Windows 8.1 - hereinafter referred to as Windows 8). Windows 8 is available as Professional and as "Core Version". However, to support the (low-cost) Windows 8 Core version, the ACTIAN ZEN SQL database version 11 must be installed. If you are using existing installations of SQL databases, you must upgrade previous versions to version 11 in order to use Windows 8 Core. Alternatively, use Windows 8 Professional. The update of the SQL database can be charged and depends on the already installed version. Otherwise, the Hypersoft Suite is also compatible with older (existing) SQL databases. For some time now, Hypersoft has been delivering only version 11 of the database. In some cases, however, we have installed previous versions of the database for compatibility reasons. This section contains information about the current Hypersoft program version.
- When you reopen transactions that were closed with an invoice, the system printed a credit memo. A reversal document is now created. The change/clarification of the jurisdiction on vouchers in the Official Aid Directive Implementation Act of 01.07.2013 was taken into account. If necessary, contact your tax advisor to find out whether this will have further consequences for you. We have only replaced the term credit memo with cancellation document for adjustment purposes. You must therefore install and apply this update immediately, as the previous procedure wouldnow be incorrect according to current case law.
- The Food Information Ordinance (LMIV) regulates the labelling of foodstuffs in the European Union (EU). She was born on the 25th. October 2011 as Regulation EU No. 1169/2011, effective from 13. December 2014 in all member states of the EU and replaces all national regulations such as the Food Labelling Ordinance in Germany. For the time being, this has only a minor impact on catering businesses. Nevertheless, we have made all preparations in the item master and in the new webshop to manage this information within the Hypersoft Suite and to communicate it to the guests/customers.
